Abbimatta Falls is one of the most beautiful & less-explored places in Coorg. Away from modern society, Abbimatta waterfalls nestled on the high slopes of the Bachalli Village are surrounded by thick forest and paddy fields, coffee estates, hills, and valleys. Falling from a height of 100 m, the view from the top of the falls is mesmerizing enough to engage you for hours.

This seasonal waterfall can be visited on the way to Mallalli Falls from Madikeri or while coming back from Mallalli Falls. From the parking lot, one needs to walk for just 100 m to get there. There is a well-built path to reach the top of the falls. There is a small temple located on the way to reach the falls. The region around the falls has many exciting trails that will be challenging for hiking lovers.

The best time to visit the waterfall is from June to November.
