Honnamana Kere Lake - History, Timings & Entry Fee

At a distance of 7 km from Somwarpet and 46 km from Madikeri, Honnamana Kere is a lake situated at Doddamalthe village in Coorg district of Karnataka. It is the biggest lake in the region of Coorg and among the must-visit places while on your Coorg Trip.

Honnamana Kere Lake is the biggest natural lake and one of the sought after Coorg destinations. The lake is surrounded by mountains, cliffs and a huge expanse of coffee plantations along with two hills named Gavi Betta and Mori Betta.
