Partner Terms of Service
By using the Trawell.in Partner Portal, the Partner accepts the below terms of service and confirm their understanding of the responsibilities and limitations of both parties.
1. Purpose
This Agreement defines the terms under which the Trawell.in (Legal Name: Tripzy Vacations Private Ltd) services are listed and sold as packages by Partners using the Trawell.in portal (www.trawell.in) or Partners own portal / app or offline sales channels.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Trawell.in Scope & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current listings of tour packages to the Partner including itineraries, pricing, and availability.
- Fulfill all confirmed bookings to the standards stated in the listings.
- Provide hotel accommodation & vehicle category as mentioned on the website or offline quotation.
- Immediately notify the Partner of any changes, service disruptions, or cancellations of tours booked.
2.2. Partner Scope & Responsibilities
- Manage customer booking processes and collect payments.
- Transfer funds to Trawell.in in accordance with the payment terms.
- Share Customer details & booking data necessary for the fulfilment of tour package.
- Accepts all booking policy terms as mentioned in Booking Policy.
3. Commercial Terms
3.1. Commission and Fees
- The partner shall retain a commission of 5% on each confirmed booking.
- Net payments to Trawell.in shall be remitted as per the payment schedule mentioned in Booking Policy.
- Pay necessary processing charges for online payments (payment gateway transactions) to Trawell.in.
3.2. Taxes
- Each Party is responsible for its respective invoices & taxes, where applicable.
- Trawell.in shall issue invoice in the name of the Customer (Traveller) and, agent details to be mentioned in the invoice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Modifications & cancellation are handled as per the amendment policy mentioned in Booking Policy.
- The partner shall communicate these terms to customers during booking.
- Cancellation policy varies depending on the region & travel date, as mentioned in Booking Policy.
- For customized tours, Cancellation policy mentioned during quotation is applicable.
- No refunds shall be issued for missed / closed sightseeing.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original mode of payment and usually take 7 business days.
5. Service Level Standards
- The Partner shall clearly communicate the hotel standards / category / facilities / meal plan and vehicle category / models to customers at the time of booking.
- Trawell.in shall ensure the same property, room type, meal plan & vehicle category mentioned in booking are provided to the customer.
- In case of change in hotel (due to unavailability of listed hotel), Trawell.in shall make sure the alternate property is from the same category which customer / Partner booked.
- The Partner shall communicate the hotel changes to the Customer and ensure they are satisfied with the alternate property before confirming Trawell.in.
- It is the responsibility of Trawell.in to arrange on-time pickup and smooth check-in at hotels.
- Trawell.in is allowed to upgrade hotel / vehicle to higher category without prior communication to Customer / Partner (keeping the tour cost same).
6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
- The tour itineraries, packages, content, images, booking engine & APIs are the properties of Trawell.in.
- Trawell.in offers Partners a royalty-free license to use its packages, and branding for the purpose of listing and selling the tours.
- Partner shall not copy or replicate the itineraries and content of Trawell.in.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Neither Party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Trawell.in assumes responsibility for service quality and the scope is limited to hotel & transport.
- Partner holds responsibility of booking right package with hotel & vehicle as per customer expectation / requirement.
- The maximum liability of Trawell.in is limited to the amount paid towards the trip.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- The Parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared proprietary and customer data.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Both parties shall try to resolve disputes through consultation/mediation/arbitration.
- Legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
