If it ever happens, please inform your Tour Manager immedialtey about vehicle breakdown. We will work with Driver & Logistics partner to resolve issue as soon as possible. In case vehicle couldn't be repaired in 2 hours, we will arrange alternate vehicle.
Driver is not a guide and cann't accompany you during sightseeing. Driver will drop you at the entrance/parking area of the sightseeing place and you need to complete sightseeing and return to the parking area.
As you know, all our tours exclude entry & activity fees (like Safari, Boating, Rafting, etc). As we operate private tours exclusively for you, there is no guide included and you need to buy the entry / activity tickets directly. Also, some places take the details / photographs of the visitors and third party is not allowed to obtain tickets. However, wherever online booking facility is available for acitivities (like Bandipur, Periyar, Ranthambhore, Jim Corbett, etc), we can help you with online reservation with a small service charge.
