Baba Balak Nath Temple is a cave temple located on Graner Hill. This cave temple is dedicated to Baba Balak Nath, an ardent follower of Lord Shiva. Locals believe that if childless couples visit and pray here, they will be blessed with children. The first ceremonies of the children are also conducted here. One of the highlights of the shrine is the numerous sculptures of Lord Shiva. It is one of the best Kasauli places to visit for spiritual followers.

People believe that all their wishes are fulfilled in this temple. Every Sunday, the priest of the temple sits on his Gaddi and answers all the queries of the visitors. It is said that when he sits on his Gaddi a supernatural power of Baba Balak Nath enters in him, then the Baba correctly tells about ones' past and gives an exact prediction of the future. Navratri is the most important festival celebrated here with great passion.

Most of the devotees reach the place on Saturday evening and stay in the Mandir Sarai to get the token for Darshan. Entry of female devotees is strictly restricted inside the cave.
