At a distance of 4 km from Burhanpur Railway Station, Dargah-E-Hakimi is an important religious and spiritual center located in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. Situated in Shah Colony, it is one of the popular places of pilgrimage in Burhanpur.

Dargah-e-Hakimi is one of the holiest places for the Dawoodi Bohra Muslims in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It was built in the memory of Syedi Abdulqadir Hakimuddin Mola who is a revered Saint. The word hakim means someone who heals or is a healer. Therefore, thousands of Bohras flock to his shrine for taking vows or mannats asking for cure or Shifa, from various diseases and also to seek restoration of a healthy soul and body. It is believed that every dream is fulfilled here, anyone who comes with a prayer on their lips does not go back being disappointed.

This mausoleum was constructed in pure white marble which is an outstanding example of Mughal architecture. The tomb complex includes mausoleums, a mosque, gardens, and international class accommodation facilities for visitors. Surrounded by lush gardens on all sides, three marble qubba of Syedi Abdulqadir Hakimuddin, Syedi Jeewanji Saheb, Syedna Abdul Tayeb Zakiuddin makes this place a true haven of peace and tranquility.

In the middle of this tomb complex is the initial grave of Syedi Abdulqadir Hakimuddin. It is believed that there was a dispute regarding the burial of his body and three weeks later the grave was dug again. The crowd there at that time was surprised and amazed to see that the dead body was so fresh and tidy and there was nothing else but the body. They were ashamed for what they had done and he was reburied to the present place a few yards away on the same campus.

Every year thousands of pilgrims come to Burhanpur to pay respects at the memorial Dargah and seek the blessings of the saint. To accommodate the thousands of Zuwwar flocking to Burhanpur regularly, seeking spiritual solace, Dargah-e-Hakimi has a vast accommodation facility, with 150 old rooms and 102 new rooms, in the form of Duplex Bungalows. These bungalows can accommodate 4 people(single room) or 6 people(double rooms).
