At a distance of 160 kms from Madurai, 59 Kms from Tirunelveli (located in Tirunelveli district) & 625 Kms from Chennai, Courtallam is famed as the 'Spa of South'. The main attraction of this summer resort situated at an elevation of about 167 metres on the Western Ghats is its waterfalls. The waters of Courtallam are believed to have medicinal qualities as it flows through a forests of herbs.
