Waterfall
Athirapally Waterfall is one of the best waterfalls in India and among the must include places in Kerala tour packages. It is situated about 73 km from Kochi, 100 km from Munnar, and 269 km from Trivandrum.
Formed over Chalakudy River, Athirapally is one of the scenic waterfalls in Kerala that drops down from a height of 80 feet through several parallel streams offering a great scenic beauty. In the monsoon season, the water gets strength and all the streams join together and appear like Niagara Falls.
The Vazhachal Waterfalls, Charpa Falls, Anakkayam, Sholayar Dam, Valparai, and Malayattur Wildlife Sanctuary are the nearby places to visit during your Athirapally trip. It also offers adventure activities like river rafting, trekking, etc. It is one of the best waterfalls near Kochi.

At a distance of 6 km from Kodencheri, 32 km from Kalpetta, & 48 km from Kozhikode, Thusharagiri Falls is a scenic waterfall located in the Kozhikode district of Kerala, India. This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Malabar region and among the most popular places of sightseeing in Wayanad.
Thusharagiri literally means 'snowcapped mountains'. Two streams originating from the Western Ghats meet here to form the Chalippuzha River. The river diverges into three waterfalls creating a snowy spray, which gives the name - Thusharagiri. The highest of the three falls is the Thenpara Fall dropping from a height of 75 meters. The first waterfall can be reached easily while the remaining two falls can be reached from the first one by trekking through thick forest. A 5 km upstream trek will take one to the origin of the stream.

At a distance of 30 km from Palakkad & 77 km from Coimbatore, Meenvallam Waterfalls is a magnificent waterfall situated near Karimba town in the Palakkad district of the Kerala. It is one of the popular waterfalls in Kerala, and among the top Palakkad tourist places.
Meenvallam Waterfall is a magnificent 5 step waterfall hidden amidst the lush forests of Western Ghats. The height of the waterfall ranges from 100 - 125 feet at each level. Only two of the five steps of the falls are accessible. The waterfall passes through Kalladikode Hills and disperses into different falls near River Thuppanad. Meenvallam waterfall is the final one out of the 10 waterfalls between Palakkad and Mannarkkad. Also known as Meenvallom, this waterfall is a great attraction especially during the winter, and is definitely a sight not to be missed during Palakkad trip.
A small hydel project, with an installed capacity of 3 MW has been constructed by the Palakkad District Panchayat at Meenvallam. The waterfalls and the surrounding area are protected and maintained by Thudikkode Vana Samrakshana Samithi of Olavakkode Range in Palakkad Forest Division. The forests surrounding the waterfalls are an extension of the Silent Valley National Park. Swimming/bathing is possible at these falls.
