Pandharinath Mandir - History, Timings & Entry Fee

Pandharinath Temple is dedicated to Pandharinath, a form of Lord Vishnu. According to local beliefs, Lord Krishna incarnated as Pandharinath on the eighth day of the New Moon day in the Holy Hindu month of Sravan, which happened at the end of Dwapara Yuga.

This is one of the many temples built by Ahilyabai Holkar during her reign. It is believed to be the place where queen Ahilyabai used to worship Lord Vitthal every day.
