At a distance of 2 km from Maheshwar Bus Station, Pandharinath Mandir is a Hindu temple located in Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh. Situated on the banks of River Narmada, it is one of the many temples in Maheshwar, and among the must-include places in Maheshwar holiday packages.

Pandharinath Temple is dedicated to Pandharinath, a form of Lord Vishnu. According to local beliefs, Lord Krishna incarnated as Pandharinath on the eighth day of the New Moon day in the Holy Hindu month of Sravan, which happened at the end of Dwapara Yuga.

This is one of the many temples built by Ahilyabai Holkar during her reign. It is believed to be the place where queen Ahilyabai used to worship Lord Vitthal every day. The temple has a good architecture with carvings of Puranas on the walls. This temple is a perfect place for those who are looking for tranquillity, and peace.
