Gautam Buddha Park - History, Timings & Entry Fee

At a distance of 12 km from Kanpur Central, Buddha Park is a wonderful park located in the Indira Nagar locality of Kanpur city. Situated on the way to IIT Campus, it is one of the well-known tourist places in Kanpur.

Gautama Buddha Park is a recently developed tourist attraction in Kanpur. Built-in the old and traditional styles, the park has a beautiful Buddha statue installed near the entrance. It also consists of various statues and vintage monuments. Gautam Buddha Park has got a variety of vegetation which has resulted in a lot of greenery around. It consists of a rare collection of plants and trees.

The dense green foliage in these surroundings creates a serene and pleasant feeling. It is the perfect place for relaxation and family outings. Buddha Park is also best suited for evening walks, jogging, public and political gatherings. There are a variety of rides available for children. There is a canal in the park which offers boating facilities as well. A large number of people visit the park during weekends.
