At a distance of about 10 kms from Trivandrum Central Railway Station, Veli Tourist Village is a famous waterfront park in a close proximity to the Trivandrum city.
It is built at the point where the lagoon meets the Arabian Sea is replete with fish ponds, wading pools and landscaped gardens. The facilities include boating, water sports and children's park. A beautiful park and a floating restaurant attract tourists. There are facilities for Pedal boating, row boating, speed boating, swimming and small parties in Veli.
