At a distance of 40 km from Indore Junction, Gidiya Khoh waterfall is a beautiful waterfall located at Shiwni village near Indore, Madhya Pradesh. It is one of the tallest waterfalls near Indore.

Cascading down from a height of 600 ft, the Gidiya Kho waterfall is a monsoon-fed waterfall. The whole region is picture flawless as it is encompassed by a lavish green valley. From the top of the hill, the 600 feet smoky fluent flow of water is just recalling the memory of Bhedaghat of Jabalpur. Surrounded by lush greenery and forests, the waterfall and the area around it are considered as one of the most beautiful places for a picnic near Indore that attracts many people.

To reach the waterfalls, one needs to go to Double Chowki from there the waterfall is 9 km away. There is a steep trek to the waterfall and the whole trek is full of beautiful flora and fauna and the path is lush green. To reach the main path that starts about 2 km before the waterfall, you have to cross a stream and you should carry a stick with you to gauge the depth of the stream in some areas. The splashes of water that greet you when you arrive at the place are just one of the many amazing things that you can experience here.

The most ideal time to visit the waterfall is during the rainy season when the gurgling rush of water is in all its glory and splendor.
