At a distance of 13 km from Indore Junction, Gomatagiri Digambar Jain Temple is a sacred shrine located on a small hillock called Gomatagiri in the Nainod village near Indore. Situated near Indore Airport, it is one of the popular Jain temples in Indore, and among the must-visit places as part of Indore holiday packages.

The small hillock of Gomatgiri is one of the most popular religious attractions for the followers of Jainism. The place was donated to the Jain Samaj by the government of Madhya Pradesh in 1981. The hillock is well-known for its 21 feet statue of Gomateshwar. The statue is said to be the exact replica of the Bahubali statue of Shravanbegola, Karnataka. The hillock is also adorned with 24 marble shrines dedicated to 24 'Tirthankara' of Jainism.

Also, there is a guest house, a Dharamshala, and a restaurant in the vicinity to make your visit a comfortable one. Besides, there is a viewpoint on one side of the hill from where you can have a great view of the city and also enjoy the beautiful sunset. On Sundays, Gomatgiri temple's famous Daal-Baati is served in the 'Bhojnalaya'.
