At a distance of 2 Km from Chettinadu Railway Station, Chettinad Mansion is an ancient mansion located in the Kanadukathan, village in the Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu. It is one of the oldest mansions in the Chettinad region of Tamil Nadu, and among the must-include places in Chettinad tour.

Chettinadu Mansion stands as one of the largest private residences constructed by the Chettiars in the Chettinad region of Tamil Nadu. Currently, the mansion is overseen and preserved by the sixth generation of the family. Covering more than 80,000 square feet, Chettinadu Mansion is a two-story architectural masterpiece that showcases the distinctive style of Chettinad residences.
