At a distance of 5 km from Ooty Bus Station, the Chocolate Museum is a modern museum located at Indunagar, Udhagamndalam, Tamil Nadu. Situated on Ooty - Mysore Road, it is one of the attractive places to visit during your Ooty trip.

Founded in 2013, the M & N Chocolate Museum in Ooty showcases tools and technology used to make chocolates throughout history. It is run by a local family who aim to create awareness about the benefits of chocolates. It takes us through the journey of chocolate right from extracting cocoa beans to harvesting, grinding, brewing, roasting, blending, and manufacturing the chocolate bar. The museum also exhibits both ancient as well as modern techniques of preparation of chocolate.

The M & N Chocolate Museum has over 100 chocolates on display. The museum has entered the Limca Book of Records for making the largest chocolate bar of 18 meters in India. The best part is that the museum also has a life-sized mannequin which is dressed in clothes made out of chocolate. Apart from this, the museum contains structures and models prepared out of different kinds of chocolates.

From a variety of premium, vintage, and classic collections, you can select your favorite collection to gift your loved ones. One can also handcraft your chocolate and gift your friends with the help of a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) chocolate kit. There will be a guide who will take you through the museum.
