At a distance of 2.5 km from Matheran Railway Station, Hart Point or Heart Point is situated on the north-western edge of the Matheran hill station. One of the famous points of interest in Matheran, Heart Point offers majestic views of the low lying lush plains and the greenish quite villages.

Hart point surrounded by dense green woods, offer a cool, calm and unspoiled spot for taking meditation and relaxation techniques. Heart Point is situated near Panorama Point. It can be reached by walk or pony, but trekking to this place is much preferred. It takes 1 hour to reach the point from Matheran market.
