The market is ideal for visiting after you have paid your respects at the Naina Devi Temple or when on an evening stroll looking to collect some souvenirs as it is the only shopping area in Nainital that offers a variety of souvenirs at reasonable rates.

This market has gained its recognition owing to the sale of the unique 'Tibet' products which reflect the culture and traditions of the Tibetan people.
