Built with yellow stones, the temple was erected by Raoji Aapaji Deewan during the reign of Shri Govindrao Gaekwad before 200 Years. There is a black Elephant statue in the temple compound which is quite impressive. The temple was built in a way that the morning rays of sun directly enter into the temple.
