At a distance of 6.5 km from Jaipur Junction Railway Station, Akshardham Temple is a Hindu temple located at Vaishali Nagar in Jaipur. This temple is one of the popular Jaipur attractions.

Dedicated to Swami Narayan, Akshardham Temple was founded by Bochasanwasi Shree Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sansthan. The temple houses Hari Mandapam where one can find a 7 feet gold-leafed Murti of Lord Swaminarayan. The statue of Lord Narayan is ornamented with silver and gold ornaments. Vibhuti Mandapam which is the revelations of the Lord exhibits exquisite-lit brass lotuses. Prasadi Mandapam shows the holy relics of Lord Swaminarayan.

The temple also has two small shrines around it that encompass the statues of Lord Ganesh, Lord Krishna, and Shiva Parvati. The walls of the temple are covered with beautiful paintings, sculptures, carvings, and mantras that motivate the visitors and fill them with faith and positive energy.
