At a distance of 4 km from Chandigarh Bus Station, Hibiscus Garden is a famous garden situated at Sector 36 adjoining Dakshin Marg in Chandigarh. It is one of the first gardens to have helped in transforming Chandigarh into the 'City of Gardens'.
Hibiscus Garden was opened in 1974 and covers an area of 8 acres. The garden features over 40 varieties of Hibiscus shrubs. Bamboo plants of various types are also planted here the special things about these plants are they change their color throughout the year. This is a perfect place for kids to enjoy the charm of picnic in the laps of nature with cleans surroundings.
