NTR Gardens - History, Timings & Entry Fee

At a distance of 3 kms from Nampally Railway Station, NTR Gardens is one of the most recent and glamorous attractions of Hyderabad.

Located on the banks of Hussainsager Lake (past Lumbini Park), it is a memorial to the late N T Rama Rao, one of the most charismatic film stars of the south and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Setup in an area of 36 acres, it provides recreation facilities such as a Machan Tree, Japanese Garden, Car Cafe, Souvenir shops, Fruit Restaurant and Children's Playing area and lot of more. A monorail system takes the visitors around the garden. It boasts a vast collection of flora, a unique fountain, an imposing entrance plaza besides other attractions.

Timings: 2.30 PM to 10 PM. Entrance Rs.15 for adults and Rs.10 for children.
